Today , the 15^th  day of March is being celebrated as 'World Consumer Day'  everywhere. The occasion was celebrated at Kavaratti also. The highlight of the days programme was a "TRAINING PROGRAMME ON CONSUMER LAWS" organised jointly by the Dept of Legal Metrology and Consumer Affairs [LMCA], Kavaratti and National Co-operative Union of India [NCUI] field project, Kavaratti.
